Welcome to the People Puzzles Collective—a community built on clarity, purpose, and progress. Before you jump in, here are the terms that guide how we roll.


1. What You’re Agreeing To

By signing up, joining sessions, accessing content, or participating in any part of the People Puzzles Collective (including The Reset Room, newsletter, digital products, and future events), you’re agreeing to follow these Terms of Service. You also agree to be a decent human. We don’t do chaos here.


2. Who We’re Here For

The People Puzzles Collective is designed for professionals navigating personal or career transitions—especially those in HR, People Ops, or adjacent industries. This is a space for clarity, coaching, learning, and collaboration.

We reserve the right to remove or block participants who show up with harmful intentions, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior. Protecting this community is non-negotiable.


3. Community Conduct

  • Show up as you are. No need to perform.
  • Respect everyone’s lived experience.
  • Don’t share confidential or sensitive information shared in sessions without permission.
  • If something makes you uncomfortable, say so—or email us directly at [Insert Contact Email].

This space is not for:

  • Selling your services to other members without permission
  • Copying or redistributing proprietary frameworks or templates
  • AI scraping or republishing our content for your own gain (we see you)


4. Content Ownership

All content provided in the People Puzzles Collective—including but not limited to: worksheets, recordings, newsletters, frameworks, and tools—is the intellectual property of Jackye Clayton and People Puzzles LLC.

You’re welcome to use the tools for your own growth. You may not resell, repost, or repurpose any of the content without express written permission.


5. Attendance & Access

Live sessions (like The Reset Room) are free only if you attend live.
Miss a session? You’ll have the option to purchase the replay and companion materials separately.

Special downloads, tools, and access are reserved exclusively for live attendees unless otherwise noted.


6. Refunds & Payments

If you choose to purchase a replay, download, or digital product, all sales are final unless stated otherwise. We stand behind the value of what we create—and we’re here to help if you have questions before you buy.

7. Privacy & Data

We don’t sell your info. Ever.
If you sign up for the newsletter or fill out a support form, we’ll use that info to:

  • Contact you about upcoming sessions or offers

If you want to opt out or delete your data, just let us know.


8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the Collective grows. If we make any major changes, we’ll let you know via email or in-session. It’s your responsibility to review updates if you continue using our resources.
